  The manager of this location named Bruce requires sensitivity training, and a dispute resolution class perhaps. As a disabled man in his store I have been subjected to insensitive comments, a lack of regard for my physical limitations. He was entirely unapologetic when I specifically got the courage up to take him aside personally and explain my concerns with his behaviour. Rather he grew impatient and visibly annoyed that I was bringing up his lack of sensitivity. I'm ashamed to see behaviour such as this in 2017, Brentwood Bay is a small town, but this is no excuse at all for this behaviour. I have also logged a formal complaint with the liquor distribution head office in Vancouver, and I'm hopeful that this causes Bruce to be held to a standard of decency when dealing with all members of the public.

  Really helpful staff, my wife wanted a specific wine for the wedding not normally carried by BC Liquor stores, they went above and beyond to get it for us.
