  We spent two nights on Gardenside Acres and we were loving it. Scott and Janet were such thoughtful and caring hosts, always ready to provide us with informations when we needed them. We can only recommend it. The place is just a stones throw away from beautiful Victoria (25 minutes by car).

  I'm absolutely floored by this campground! I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to private campsites but they proved me wrong here! So happy and they have delicious breakfast too! (Waffles were amazing) 10/10 would come back!

  What an amazing family! They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Shade is at a premium but what it lacks in shade they more than make up for in hospitality and care. Breakfast was amazing and being greeted with cold water on a hot day was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  My husband and I loved our 4 night stay at Gardenside Acres. Scott and Janet were wonderful hosts. The facilities were clean and simple. The basics were covered with a place to freshen up, take a shower and charge our cell phones. With only 4 other groups camping we never felt crowded. The toilet must have been cleaned regularly because it was very clean and never out of TP. We had breakfast delivered to our tent site every morning- a great way to start the day! We had some wonderful adventures and Scott and Janet had the best suggestions and tips to make the very most of our time. We don't have children but it seemed very kid friendly.

  Extremely nice and friendly hosts, spacious camp sites, and clean bathroom and shower. Walking distance to the beautiful Butchart Gardens. For breakfast DEFINITELY get the parfait. It was the best, freshest one I've had in my life. Also the granola bars were amazing - order a bag to go. Overall it was an affordable, pleasant stay and we can't wait to come back!
